Typical distance is 30-40 feet, accuracy is key.

Trips launch and fish throughout the Middle Texas Coast, including Rockport, Aransas Pass, Port Aransas, and the Upper Laguna Madre toward Corpus Christi. Locations are chosen based on weather, tides, and the best fishing opportunities that day. Please reach out prior to your trip to confirm the exact boat ramp and meeting location.

Polarized sunglasses, copper and amber lenses for sunny conditions. Yellow or rose lenses for overcast conditions.
Lunch, drinks, or snack for yourself. I will provide waters.
Appropriate clothing depending on time of year and conditions.
Hat, Sunscreen (please no spray sunscreen, as it can damage gel coat.)

Safety always comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe or unfishable, we’ll cancel and reschedule at my discretion.

Yes. A valid Texas saltwater fishing license is required for each angler. These can be purchased online or locally before your trip.

Lightweight sun-protective clothing, a hat, polarized sunglasses, and non-marking shoes or sandals. In cooler months, layered clothing is recommended and foul weather gear.

All trips accommodate 1-2 anglers for optimal casting space and sight fishing opportunities.
